Dreamtime, the catalyst.

Hello there,

I hope this entry finds you well.

Life has been quite hectic at Days fo Colour HQ - the site is getting some fine tweaks, thanks to my webmeister ( cheers Rich, wouldnt be here without you) & I am preparing for a open show with workshop at Town & Country, in Broadclyst, nr. Exeter. It will be all day on Saturday 5th August love to see you there if you can make it. It is an Equine event, which is curious, only inasmuch that this group of clients did not appear on my radar when I first set out.And what a great group of people they are!

Like all individuals passionate about somthing, the desire to expand our horizons is one of the finer traits of human nature. It could be about success or it could be about satisfaction, enjoyment, contentment or bliss. Whatever your desires, be it consciously or unconsciously one should always start with the end in mind, even if its initially vague.

I ask myself what am I about to undertake, where am I going with it, what will I need, who will I speak to etc. You get the idea, you menatlly collect resources and you move from your present state to your desired state ( or place). If you get stuck as yourself this question;

‘Whats the differenec that will make the difference?’

We all went camping last week & I menatlly packed the car in the order of the day e.g wake up - toothbrushes, mugs, cups etc, beach - towels, wetsuits etc.. Maybe its just me but I find ordering my thoughts in this way flags up things I might otherwise overlook.

Currently I am working on being me. I receive & search for so much advice that sometimes I get lost. I dont know where I start & someone else begins. A freind said to me today ‘ You already know what your doing & where your going’ I thought for a moment & then realised that I probably did. Otherwise how would I be typing this talking to you now. Intuition is a greatly underused resource.

I guess it has somthing to do with one of my favourite phrases;

We move in the direction in which we think’ & I would add ‘And become that which we first create in dreams’

Sweet dreams,

Gavin

    If you know anyone else who’d like a site be sure to send them my way!

    Regards,

    Richard.
